Are you away someone, or more, are downloading the audio from this site and uploading as Video on Youtube.
QUESTION: Is there any policing going on ?

I noticed one of my backing tracks for CHEAP TRICK - GHOST TOWN, which "I" created from scratch in the early 2000's, now appears on Youtube[end quote]

I believe it falls under the same category as you not telling Cheap Trick that "You" were re doing "their" song..  ;)
i don't think anyone's here to get rich from backtracks.. Lets just Jam!!

Gear Discussion / Re: Amp recommendations?

I just discovered Marshall Code!! For decades I've used Digitech multi effects for all my recordings. (None of the tunes on my channel use live amps!!) I just line out, straight into the computer mic jack! (Or into any Stereo system.. or straight into the p.a.!) Modeling has come a long, long way and now Marshall has Nailed It!!! The tones are legit (once you back off the exaggerated effects and gain on the presets) and the 30 watt combo gets obnoxious loud for any regular size room.. Need more air pushed around? The line out sounds even better, and now you have 1000 watts pumping out beautiful famous tones of all time!!
I Haven't recorded with amps since the early 90s, when I had to mike my Plexi and then throw a blanket over it! ... That's just me.

Hello! First of all, God Bless You for this great thing you have going here! You are all Internet saints, and have a special place reserved in Heaven for yourselves. Thank you, for all you're going through!
I am a big fan of your generic back tracks, which allow me to stay sharp during down time, when no drummers are available at the time that I need them. Also to be able to jam along to new inspiration from all around the world that I wouldn't have run into otherwise! (I've completed tunes with people from around the word simply by trading tracks online that we can load into our multitrack programs and complete)
Three tracks daily is generous, as you really can't process more than that at one time anyway!
(I was told if I just upload my own backtracks then I have unlimited downloads! What an awesome deal!! I uploaded my first one, and am just waiting for official approval)
Again, three tracks a day is plenty to keep you busy for 24 hours anyway, I just like to have a backlog in case my internet goes out!
Either way, this site is a fabulous resource and I hope people realize the hidden value of it cross-pollenating talent from around the globe, and inspiring new ideas in people who wouldn't have been inspired any other way! The connection to other musicians is the real gem here!
Thanks So Much!
