Backing Tracks / Help with Karaoke custom version (guitarbackingtrack)

I down loaded " Rocky Moumtain Way" Joe Walsh Karaoke custom version for guitar". I then received only a clip of the song. Customer Service is only a cursury email. Everything is FaQs... Here it is in a nut shell;
I play Lead guitar and have been looking for good quality backing tracks and happen to stumble across this site. I like this version alot... (I like their software of how simple it is.) You can cancel any instrument just by clicking on the one you want to omit or add. Rocky Mountain way has like 7 different tracks for every instrument being played. The problem is , when I down loaded Im only geting a clip of each track. Not the whole thing.. I then inquired , and they said that if I want the whole version you need to down load 1 track at a time as its a big file. Okay so thats what I did. Still the same results. What am I missing here?? other than a good customer service with no help or phone number. I would like to be a long time customer , but not having much luck. Its frustrating.
Im thinking maybe its just the song Im getting and Im supposed to customize it on their web site?? Is this how it works?? Im totally confused Your help would be appreciated. Chris

« Last post by Webmaster on June 13, 2013, 07:04:47 PM »It shouldn't be too hard, but you need to do it on their site. You cannot download each track individually if I remember correctly. You need to be logged in and then you can go to the track you have bought and customize it, ie. remove the instruments you don't want. Then just click the Download MP3 and the file should be generated for download and it should be complete.
If it is not, you should try to contact Karaoke-Version.com support and explain the issue.

Introduce Yourself / Hello, I just found the site and I am looking forward to downloading and using.

I would like to read up on the site and what all it offers. Also, I would like to learn more about how to use the backing tracks and customize them. Can I remove vocals and/or guitar?
