folk or acoustic style tracks

Hi all,
Is there anyone interested in making  percussion sounds for folk or acoustic style tracks, IE, Bodran, tomtom bongo to woodblock, or any other instruments, apart from the ones that will make you deaf in a few years.

Note to Webmaster,
would it be possible to have an area where members can upload a part of their own song and invite others to add their instrumental pieces also, there bye creating a whole song. if successful the final song can be made available for download for a minor fee and the proceeds  go to the upkeep of this site.

Hi manimal,

do you mean on the site or in the forums? You can do that in the forum now, but there's no dedicated section for it. The appropriate place for it now would be the Jam Section, but if you want to I can make a Collaborations section. I don't think there's any point in making this a section of the main page though.

isn't the jam section just for peeps to highlight their stuff with out collaboration.
a collaboration section on it's own or within the jam section could work as long as it stays on top so people can see that it is there,
ask the members see what they think
